The Aviation Routine Weather Report — the standard hourly surface observation. Fields appear in a fixed order: report type, station identifier, date/time (UTC), modifier (AUTO or COR), wind, visibility, runway visual range, present weather, sky condition, temperature/dew point, altimeter, and remarks (RMK).
