Hourly Temperature/Dew Point

The T group in remarks gives hourly temperature and dew point to the nearest tenth of a degree Celsius, more precisely than the main body. The digit after T is the sign: 0 = positive, 1 = negative. T00641028 is +6.4°C / −2.8°C.
