SRM

The art and science of managing all resources — onboard the aircraft and from outside sources — available to a single pilot before and during flight, to ensure a successful outcome. SRM is the single-pilot equivalent of crew resource management and encompasses ADM, risk management, task management, automation management, controlled flight into terrain awareness, and situational awareness.
